Who doesn’t like Fish and Chips in Ossett?
We’ve been trying to get the fabulous Mikron Theatre to come and perform in Ossett for years and finally they’ve made us an offer we simply can’t refuse. In partnership with Trinity Church we are thrilled to be able to bring you this savoury tale about our British National Dish.
A play with live music, ‘One Of Each’ is about one man’s quest to find the finest fish and chips in England and award the prize of the GOLDEN FISH FORK. The Pickled Egg and The Silver Darling are rival establishments run by twins, Roderick and Annette Whale each competing for the coveted title. With storms at sea, saucy secrets and sibling rivalry follow this fishy tale of Sir Caspian Delamere as he tries to decide the winner.
Thursday October 15th, 7.30pm. Tickets cost £12/10(concs) and can be booked in two ways
1/ direct from Mikron via their website >>>> HERE!
2/ In person from Trinity Church Office, ChurchStreet, Ossett. Open Mon-Thursday 9am – 1pm
A FISH AND CHIP supper (£5 each) will be available before the show, pre-booking is essential as places are limited. You can book your fish and chips when you buy tickets from Trinity Church. Or by contacting hello@ossettobserver.co.uk
